effect of not one but two enblocs on her life.
Lucy Huang from Farrer Court has now coined the term "En Bloc
Refugee" and we sympathise with her plight.
We reproduce a letter from her here, as a revelation of why
en blocs are not good for owner-sellers, but only good for
developers, lawyers and agents - and ultimately for those who do
not live in the condo at the time of the en bloc.
Sadly, it is these "investors" who usually form the bulk of
an en bloc Sales Committee who drive the sale of the condo.
