How depressing! i was just about to get married and was hunting for a home. I had viewed multiple cookie cutter new condos all of which are tiny because "that is how condos are made nowadays." I had an agent tell me this enthusiastically as they tried to sell me a flat which looked into a neighbour's house 10 meters away!
For the Clementi Park unit i would choose, the 1,800 sq ft in Carriage House is a three bed apartment with a maid's room and spacious bedrooms. The view as you can see from these pictures, is an unobstructed one which overlooks the valley of the landed property - a view which is not ever going to change because of the zoning of the houses and bungalows which face my unit.
Do I love it? You bet! Could I replace it? Really, really don't think so!
